Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy statement. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you should read through them each time that you use the site. Your continued use of our website means that you have accepted these Terms.
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
If however you have not supplied us with an email address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior permission of Noggs Unlimited. You may not reproduce, modify, adapt, alter, or distribute in whole or in part.

We may provide links to third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites.

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
How we will use your details
The information you provide to us will only be used in connection with transactions between us. In no circumstances will we share your information with another organisation.
How we use email
If you register with us, from time to time, we will send you our golden "NOGGETTES" emails. These emails will inform you of our launch of new products, of special sales, or events taking place.
If you are currently receiving our emails but do not wish to continue receiving them, you may unsubscribe at any time, by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email you've received.
Please note: In order to process your purchases we will send you a confirmation email or we may contact you by mail or telephone if we have questions about your order.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control, any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
You do need to give us correct information.
We aim to despatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time of ordering. If it is likely to take longer then we will let you know, although this is uncommon. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, however in the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Most deliveries will require a signature, if this can't be done because you are not there, that then means a trip to a local depot, but perhaps someone could sign on your behalf or deliveries could be made to your place of work.
All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
Standard delivery for packages to the UK mainland and up to 1kg in weight are £3.95 between 1 - 2kg are £6.60 and will for items over 2kg but under 5kg are £14.85 all deliveries are within 3-6 working days and for the UK mainland only, for anything else you will be contacted and advised.
Next day delivery for packages to the UK mainland and up to 1kg in weight are £8.55 between 1 - 2kg are £11.00 and will for items over 2kg but under 5kg are £26.60 for anything else you will be contacted and advised. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 10.00am, Monday - Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day.
Scotland, Wales and Ireland a minimum of 5 working days is required.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.
Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
Anything ordered on a Friday after midday, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will only be processed the following working day. Items over 5kg in weight will be priced individually and we will discuss with you the delivery charge before we despatch.
You will be contacted and told the price of your delivery, before we despatch.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate.
Where possible, items are sent to you in the designers packaging e.g. a jewellery pouch or box. If packaging is not provided by the designer then we will carefully wrap it in tissue paper and bubble wrap for you. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.
Security (Sage Pay)
We use the industry leading internet payment company Sage Pay to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used.
Transaction security. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sage Pay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage. All sensitive data is secured on Sage Pay using the same internationally recognized 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks. Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorization message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access. No individuals within our company or Sage Pay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even form our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
We operate a strict 10 day returns policy for received, faulty or damaged goods, should you need to return anything bought from us, we will exchange a faulty product. The procedure for returning faulty or damaged goods is, for you to arrange for its return using the returns form.
If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 5 days if the item becomes damaged via the delivery service, you must report it to them and to us, we will pursue compensation.
Your purchase will not leave our store damaged, if we cannot supply you with the goods in perfect condition, for what ever reason, we will let you know and alterative plans can be made.
If the item you have received is being returned because it is faulty your postage will be refunded.
We do hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you need to return anything bought from us and you don't want a replacement, we will be happy to refund you a store credit. However if the original 'packaging' is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the original selling price from the store credit. If we find that the item returned to us is not in a fully re-saleable condition we cannot issue a credit note at all, In this case we will inform you and advise you of the postage charge. The item will be returned to you, after these additional costs of postage and packaging, are met by you, in advance of dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Returns received outside the 10-day time frame may be accepted but only at the discretion of Noggs Unlimited.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing with tags still attached, within 10 days of receipt. (Unattached tags will render the item as worn) We will either issue a Store Credit or a Replacement (Subject to availability) within 28 days. If the packaging of the item you are retuning is damaged and unusable we will deduct a further 20% from any store credit due to you.
Due to health and hygiene legislation and for the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns of cosmetics, earrings and worn items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods that show obvious signs of wear and or abuse will not be credited, they will be returned to you after additional costs of postage and packaging, are met by you, in advance of dispatch.
Change your Mind
If you change your mind you can send back the item, we will issue a store credit, the item must be returned to us within 10 days of you notifying us of your change of mind using the RETURNS FORM (click here) and you must tell us of your intention to send back the item within 5 days of receiving it. We will deduct postage and packaging costs from any store credit. If the packaging of the item you are retuning is damaged and unusable we will deduct a further 20% from any store credit or refund due to you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for at least the value of the goods. We will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your initial postage costs will only be refunded if the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 5 days of receipt).
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
Noggs Unlimited's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied by Noggs Unlimited to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred.
We always try to protect your personal privacy and this privacy statement is here to help you understand what we may do with any information you tell us about.
You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data, but if you do give us your personal details, you are accepting these terms. If you do not agree with this privacy statement, do not give us your details. This privacy statement is part of our Terms and Conditions.
If you want to buy things from us, you will need to register on our site. Registration involves you giving us the following personal information:
- Your title, name and address (including option to save different delivery addresses)
- Contact phone number and email addresses
- Details of a card that you will use to pay us
You do not have to register with us until you choose to order.
